Pluto
Pluto is a dwarf planet, once considered the ninth planet in our solar system. No probe has ever visited the dwarf planet, and it is smaller than Earth's moon.
It takes Pluto 248 Earth years to orbit the Sun. One day on Pluto is equal to 153 hours on Earth.
Pluto was once considered the solar systems ninth planet, but in 2006 it was reclassified as a dwarf planet due to its small size. It is the second largest dwarf planet, next only to Eris. Pluto is the largest Kuiper Belt object, however, as Eris lies beyond the Belt.
Pluto has three moons, Charon, Nix, and Hydra. Charon is the largest, and was discovered in 1978. Nix and Hydra were discovered in 2005.
